Jose Mourinho has had his first press conference as Chelsea manager, an 'event' which saw more than 250 media outlets from around the world apply to be a part of. Asked if he was still the 'Special One', Jose delivered a soundbite to say he was the 'Happy One', more content than ever before.
He said it was the first time he had joined a club where he was 'already loved,' and denied that he was fired previously by Roman Abramovich, simply stating it was a mutual agreement to go their separate ways.
Mourinho warned there would be no 'privilege' for his former players, adding that he wants to bring 'stability' to Chelsea. He also hit back at Andres Iniesta's claim he damaged Spanish football, stating the only thing he damaged was Barcelona's dominance.
He added there was likely to be a place in his squad for loanees Kevin de Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku, which specifically scotches suggestions the two Belgians could be loaned out once again.
In transfer news, it has been claimed that Chelsea have actually bought Lazar Markovic, after Partizan Belgrade's president stated that was the case. He added that the Serbian is to be loaned to Benfica for two seasons, where he is currently undergoing a medical.
