News and gossip relating to Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City transfer targets on the continent.

Neymar has officially completed his move to Barcelona. The 21-year-old will say goodbye to his adoring Santos fans after Sunday’s season opening match against Flamengo; before signing for the club after he represents Brazil at the Confederations Cup. It is believed he rejected Real Madrid in order to join their Spanish rivals.

Only yesterday Alexis Sanchez confirmed his desire to remain at Barcelona next season but today reports suggest that he could be leaving. The Chilean is now being linked with another Serie A outfit in Inter Milan. It is believed he may be offered to the Nerazzuri in order to lower the price of their goalkeeper Samir Handanovic.

Marseille have rebuffed any talk of Steven Mandanda or Nicolas N’Koulou moving to AS Monaco this summer. The big spending principality club have recently swooped on the Porto pair of James Rodriguez and Joao Moutinho and now see Marseille as easy prey in regards to two of their best players. But Marseille say they are in a financial position where a sale is not necessary.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has confirmed in an interview with French television that he is unsure over his future with PSG. The Swede is unhappy at the thought of Carlo Ancelotti potentially joining Real Madrid and says should the Italian leave he might consider an exit from the French champions.

Remy Cabella may have been given a price-tag of £100 million by Montpellier earlier in the week but Marseille are still the favourites to snap him up; even if it is for a lot less. His father has stated how a move to l’OM or Spanish outfit Atletico Madrid would be best suited to the French under-21 international.

Marseille have another transfer target in the form of Rennes winger Romain Alessandrini. His agent confirmed the move could be on the cards despite currently being in rehabilitation for an injury.

Arsenal target Daryl Janmaat has been linked with Italian champions Juventus. It comes as interest in Stephan Lichtsteiner continues to grow and a deal for Lukasz Piszczek has been ruled out due to the Pole’s impending hip surgery; set to keep him out of action until August. They see the Feyenoord defender as a perfect replacement.

Finally and Fiorentina have today been linked with Galatasaray striker Burak Yilmaz. The striker, who was one of the Champions League’s top-scorers this term, is being earmarked as a replacement for Stevan Jovetic should the latter decide to leave Florence in the summer.
