Which players should Chelsea fans be excited about signing?
It's been a superb week for Chelsea, not only did they win the Europa League Final, but they re-signed veteran midfielder on a new deal.
Now all they have to do is avoid defeat at home to Everton at the weekend and an automatic Champions League spot will be their too, and the focus can begin on next season.
Rafa Benitez has already said Chelsea could spend up to £100 million this summer, and the calibre of player linked to the club is certainly reflective of that.
Note: Players included in last week's list of player rankings are not included. They are Wayne Rooney, Arda Turan, Sami Khedira, Andre Schurrle, Alexis Sanchez, and re-signing Frank Lampard.
1) Cristiano Ronaldo
Yes Chelsea have been linked with an incredible swoop for Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo, who could follow Jose Mourinho to the club from Stamford Bridge. The Express reported today that odds had been slashed at the bookies on the possiblity of the superstar making a mega-million switch.
2) Daniele de Rossi
Reports in Italy this week claimed Chelsea are to make a sensational offer for Italian international midfielder Daniele de Rossi. He has a contract until 2017, but has made just 21 starts in Serie A out of a possible 37 so far and it is claimed this is what makes Roma open to a sale with Mourinho a keen admirer.
3) Edinson Cavani
There were reports earlier this week which claimed Chelsea were close to sealing a £42.5 million deal for Edinson Cavani, which also stemmed from Italy. No progress has been made on this since it was first reported in midweek, but it would certainly be welcome news if he did arrive at the club. Cavani has been in excellent form this season at Napoli and would transform Chelsea's attack.
4) Robert Lewandowski
Robert Lewandowski is back on Chelsea's radar after Kevin de Bruyne's insistence that he wants to play at Borussia Dortmund next season. The Standard reported this week that as part of any deal, Chelsea would insist on having first option on the Polish striker. Lewandowski himself has said he won't address rumours until after the Champions League Final.
5) Adem Ljajic
Adem Ljajic nearly signed for Manchester United three seasons ago, only to end up at Fiorentina instead, and has blossomed this season scoring eight goals and providing eight assists in 20 starts. The 21-year-old attacking midfielder has a contract which expires in one year and is said to be attracting Chelsea's attention.
6) Luke Shaw
Southampton teenager Luke Shaw has had no problems adapting to his first season in the Premier League, and the left-back appears to be a natural successor to Ashley Cole. A confessed Chelsea fan, it is claimed the Blues are looking to pounce on troubles in the Saints boardroom to sign him up this summer.
