Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City targets all feature; along with a former West Ham player.

Serial Premier League transfer target Christian Eriksen has confirmed there have been talks with Borussia Dortmund about a potential move to the Bundesliga. The Danish international is one of Europe’s most sought after talents but Dortmund hope to lure him to Germany as a replacement for Bayern Munich bound Mario Gotze. He has also welcomed the speculation as a deal looks more and more likely.

Reports today suggest that Carlo Ancelotti will plan on signing Andrea Pirlo when he arrives at Real Madrid. The former Chelsea boss is widely expected to become the new Los Merengues gaffer at the end of the current season as Jose Mourinho looks set to take over at his old club for a second time. Pirlo played under Ancelotti at AC Milan and has rejuvenated his career at Juventus since leaving Milan for Turin. It is believed, because of his age, that Madrid could get him for a reasonable price. It comes just a week after he revealed a desire to play for Real in 2006 in his recent auto-biography.

Slovenian international Josip Illicic, who is reportedly being courted by many a Premier League outfit, has new admirers. Zenit St Petersburg are believed to have joined the race for the attacking midfielder whose future at Palermo has been in doubt for months. After the Sicilian side were relegated this weekend it seems likely he will leave this summer.

Atletico Madrid are reportedly looking to sign Brazilian international Diego from VfL Wolfsburg. The 28-year-old has had an exceptional campaign in the Bundesliga this year and has had a previous loan spell with Los Colchoneros in the past. Talks are believed to have been instigated but an agreement is still some way off.

Marseille are on the hunt for a replacement for the potentially outgoing Nicolas N’Koulou and Lorient defender Bruno Ecuele Manga is believed to be their number one target. The giant centre back would cost in the region of €6 million.

Juventus are stepping up the pursuit of former West Ham player Alessandro Diamanti. The Bologna playmaker has had a great season that has attracted the interest of the Old Lady and others; including Inter Milan. A deal with Juve however appears to be on the brink of completion.
