There is bad news for the Premier League clubs that were trailing superb Ajax defender Toby Alderweireld; as it is being reported in Italy that he has in fact agreed a move to AS Roma. The 24-year-old defender has been in superb form for the Dutch champions this seasons and Tottenham were expected to go after him in the summer along with Liverpool; who saw him as a replacement for the retiring Jamie Carragher. An announcement is expected in the coming days.
