Loic Remy is dominating the transfer rumours this Saturday with Arsenal and Liverpool both being linked with the French international today. Arsenal will reportedly send their chief scout Steve Rowley to the Madejski Stadium today to run the rule over the player as QPR take on Reading.
Meanwhile Liverpool will reportedly look to Remy as cover for the suspended Luis Suarez at the start of the season; or could it be as a permanent replacement?
Because Luis Suarez has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich once again this summer. Pep Guardiola is reportedly a big fan of the Uruguayan striker who could be on his way out of the club. While it is believed Liverpool are ready to give him more than another chance after his recent ten game ban for biting but it is believed the striker has grown disillusioned with life in the Premier League and would welcome a move.
Arsenal meanwhile see Maxime Gonalons of Lyon as the ideal solution to their midfield shortage this summer. The defensive midfielder has been in great form for the Ligue 1 club this season and has also represented France on six occasions. He is valued at £15 million by the club and the 23-year-old could team up with international team-mates Laurent Koscielny and Olivier Giroud at The Emirates.
