Three of the biggest transfer stories to be breaking today...
Inter Milan are lining up a move for Dutch international Gregory van der Wiel, announce Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport. Right-back Van der Wiel was a reported target for Arsenal last summer but ended up moving to PSG. Unfortunately his time at the French club has not been as he would have hoped, with an injury forcing him to the sidelines, and he has since lost his place in the starting XI. With PSG linked with Arsenal's Bacary Sagna, van der Wiel's time could be up already, with a switch to Arsenal a remote possibility, but Inter have him high on their list of targets.
Tottenham and Arsenal have both been linked with Antoine Griezmann, the 21-year-old Frenchman who has taken Spanish club Real Sociedad to the brink of qualifying for the Champions League. The winger is valued at around £15 million and is tipped to make a big summer move, with the latest reports indicating he is a major target for Juventus. Griezmann has been touted as a replacement or complement for Gareth Bale at Spurs, and a player who can offer a genuine wing threat for Arsenal from the left.
Everton are claimed to be on the verge of pipping Arsenal to the signature of Basel defender Aleksander Dragovic, write the Express. The 22-year-old centre-back scored in the Europa League quarter-final past Tottenham earlier this month. The report claims Everton are trying to do a deal for around £5 million, and hope the promise of first team football can convince him to snub Arsenal, in the same way they pipped the Gunners to Kevin Mirallas last summer. Dragovic is set to feature in the Europa League against Chelsea tonight.
