Stevan Jovetic is again being strongly linked with Arsenal today with some sources even suggesting it is a done deal. Italian internationals Alessandro Matri and Fabio Quagliarella are the two reported transfer interests of Arsene Wenger but it remains to be seen if the Old Lady are interested in a sale despite the arrival of Fernando Llorente in the summer.

The Metro believe that some Arsenal fans will turn their backs on Robin Van Persie and Manchester United when they receive their guard of honour this weekend. The FA expect the North London outfit to perform such an act as a mark of respect after United wrapped up the title on Monday night but so far no confirmation has come from the club over such a move.

Arsenal are ready to compete with Lazio and Juventus for Sevilla defender Federico Fazio according to talkSPORT. The report comes from claims in Spain that the cash-strapped club are resigned to losing the talented centre back this summer with The Gunners readying a fight with their Serie A rivals.

Andre Santos has been speaking to about his time at Arsenal; claiming that his time at The Emirates made him a better left-back. Quite extraordinary claims if you are an Arsenal fan who saw him play more than once.

Finally and Arsenal youngster Chuks Aneke has been heralded by his current coach Steve Davis after a match-winning performance against Sheffield United. The attacking midfielder scored the only goal of the game for his loan team Crewe Alexandra.
