The football news site makes the claims only a day after managing director Ian Ayre said the striker would not be sold as a reaction to his bite on Branislav Ivanovic. Suarez has also accepted his FA charge of violent conduct, and a decision with regards to punishment and length of ban is expected to be made this week.
