The one midfielder the Premier League's top sides all wanted, appears to have slipped from their grasp.
Their 'World Exclusive' writes: "After image rights Götze has already signed a long-term contract with the new German champions."
He is reported to be set to earn seven million Euros per year, with Bayern paying their rivals 37 million Euros for his services.
Gotze, 20, is seen as Europe's brightest up and coming midfielder and is already a German international star.
He has played a large part in Dortmund's progression to the Champions League semi-finals, and could even play against Bayern in the final, if the German pair can see off Spain's finest.
Gotze was strongly linked with Arsenal, before ruling out a move to the club last week, but had indicated he would consider a move to a Manchester club one day, but did not want to leave Germany.
It had been perceived that he was not up for sale and unwilling to leave Dortmund, so this news comes as a shock, showing he was on the market after all.
The transfer has not yet been verified by either club, so a note of caution- Bild also reported Lewandowski to Bayern was a done deal at one stage, but the Polish striker is yet to commit his future.
With teammate Gotze heading to Dortmund for a huge price, it could be an indicator the striker will head elsewhere.
