Lukasz Fabianski looks set to miss out once again this weekend as he continues to be monitored on a daily basis after cracking a rib against Norwich City last week. Tomas Rosicky is a doubt once again with a hamstring strain while Nacho Monreal is pushing for a recall. Abou Diaby remains a long-term absentee.

Fulham manager Martin Jol has been singing the praises of Arsene Wenger ahead of the teams meeting this weekend. The Dutchman believes that Wenger will definitely earn a top four place for the club this season and he also called the Frenchman ‘unbelievable’.

Barcelona have reportedly informed interested clubs that they will not be selling Victor Valdes this summer. The Catalan club are resigned to their number one keeper leaving when his contract ends in 2014 but they have no desire to let him go any sooner than necessary. Arsenal have been strongly linked with the player but it does not seem they are pushed to sell the Spanish international.

Wenger has hailed the impact of French international striker Olivier Giroud this season. The 26-year-old has scored 17 goals this season in all competitions but came into some criticism for his performance against Everton on Tuesday night after missing several opportunities in front of goal. But Wenger believes he can only improve and as we highlight he does have a history for being better in his second season.

Arsenal will roll-out a ‘teens for a tenner’ scheme next season after severe criticism levelled at them this year over their expensive ticket prices. Around 800 to 1,000 seats will be made available as a teens-only section at the Emirates in a new system designed to relieve some of the pressure on the club regarding their ticket prices.

Arsenal scout Steve Rowley is reportedly running the rule over Eintracht Frankfurt’s 24-year-old Japanese midfielder Takashi Inui. The left-footed midfielder dynamo can play out wide or through the middle as a playmaker.

Jack Wilshere has been nominated for PFA Young Player of the Year while Santi Cazorla missed out on a nomination for the Player of the Year accolade.
