Liverpool are leading the race to sign Swansea City defender Ashley Williams. News today has suggested that Arsenal had a £9 million for the player turned down last January, which has put them off of a fee of over £10 million which Liverpool will have to come up with.
Raheem Sterling will not be available for Liverpool’s match against Reading this weekend. The young winger has been struggling with a thigh problem, which he’s failed to get sorted out in time for the match which means he’s unlikely to be part of the squad.
