Arsenal latest: Including Norwich team news and Arshavin exit confirmed

Team news now ahead of the game with Norwich City this weekend and as we have already heard Jack Wilshere and Theo Walcott are both available for selection once again. The pair have been out injured in recent weeks however the two trained in the stormy conditions today and will both be in contention to start the game tomorrow.

Tomas Rosicky is rated as 50-50 for the tie after picking up a hamstring while Thomas Vermaelen will come into the side and replace the suspended Per Mertesacker. Ryo Miyaichi and Abou Diaby are long term absentees.

Arsene Wenger has confirmed what was long expected in regards to Andrey Arshavin; the Russian will leave the club this summer. Arshavin has struggled for first team football recently and Wenger believes the time is right for him to move on and find another club. He was however quick to affirm that his commitment to the club had been exemplary despite his contract situation.

Liverpool may be looking to beat Arsenal to the signing of Ashley Williams this summer with a bid of £12 million. The Welsh captain is highly sought after a good season in the South of Wales and Swansea recently admitted they could not guarantee their top players would stay at the club. His previous working relationship with Brendan Rodgers and a childhood love of Liverpool may give the Merseysiders the edge.

It is rumoured today that new Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has Laurent Koscielny high on his list of priority targets this season. Arsenal will be remiss to let the in-form French international leave the club in the summer but Bayern will be willing to pay a good price for the talented defender.

Arsenal fan Thomas Flint of Enfield has admitted throwing a banana at Tottenham star Gareth Bale last month. He has been banned from football for three years, fined £250 and ordered to pay cost of £85.
