Manchester United are expected to have Wayne Rooney back after a two-match absence with a groin strain for the game with Manchester City tomorrow night.

Rafael is also expected to be fit with the only injury concerns being Nemanja Vidic and Jonny Evans; who battle respective back and hamstring injuries.

Manchester United have reportedly hired an acoustics expert to boost the decibels at Old Trafford. It follows complaints from the Stretford End that there chants are being muffled by an echo at the ground so a sound engineer will assess the noise and report back to the hierarchy with his suggestions for making Old Trafford louder.
