After the loss at Fulham, Harry Redknapp has said that his QPR team need 14 points from their last seven games to stay up, and he will no doubt be targeting three points from this match with fellow strugglers Wigan.
However Wigan are now hitting their end of season purple patch, and have won three of their past four games. Both sides will be looking for the win, and with questionable defences behind their attackers, it should be an open, entertaining affair at Loftus Road today.
If any game fits the relegation “six-pointer” billing it is this one, and neutrals will have to hope that the importance of the result does not overwhelm the two sides. The return fixture was an exciting 2-2 draw, but what is your prediction for today’s match?
