PICTURE – Is this the worst piece of memorabilia you’ve ever seen?

A misguided piece of memorabilia shows an Everton badge with a Liverpool inscription beneath it.

Memorabilia is precious to sports fans and it comes in plenty of different forms but there is possibly nothing more misguided or strange, than this badge which displays an Everton type logo with Liverpool FC written beneath it.

There have been some good examples of badly judged attempts at memorabilia in the recent past, such as the Manchester City fan that got a Wayne Rooney tattoo on his back or another City fan who implied City would win the Champions League in 2011.

There are so many superb pieces of memorabilia, which pay tributes to clubs and sporting heroes that it makes these examples seem a little funny and demonstrate how far people will go in terms of creating something, without thinking about the possible repercussions and consequences.

Another very amusing example is this NFL fan, a supporter of the Miami Dolphins who got a tattoo commemorating an unbeaten streak, featuring the word 'unforgotten' - which does not even appear in the dictionary.
