Confirmed – England Under-21 line-up v Austria

England Crowd

Here is how the England Under-21 side lines up for the friendly against Austria this evening.

Starting Team: Steele, Wisdom, Rose, Lowe, Lees, Dawson (c), Townsend, Chalobah, Wickham, Shelvey, Sterling.

Subs: A Smith, Butland, Robinson, Clyne, Keane, Henderson, McEachran, Delfouneso, Sordell.

England head into the game on the back of a 3-0 win against Romania last Thursday which will give the side great confidence. Wilfried Zaha of Manchester United, Jack Robinson of Liverpool and Nathan Delfouneso bagged the goals on that occasion to give England a comfortable win.

England preceded that win with victories over Sweden and Northern Ireland in their last international of 2012 and their first of 2013. England scored six goals over the two matches including an impressive 4-0 win over the Swedes. England were undefeated throughout all of 2012.
