Sales chart shuffled as debut games take tops spots
Square Enix's re-imagined Tomb Raider has claimed the top spot of the UK chart for the week ended March 9th, according to Chart-Track.
The critically praised by technically hampered SimCity debuted at number two, in what is a chart dominated by new titles.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 came into the chart to claim the third spot, while fellow debut title The Sims 3: University Life took fourth.
Consequently, EA Sports' FIFA 13 dropped from second place to fifth, keeping its head above the water while Crysis 3 plunges from first to sixth place.
Slipping down the chart from fourth to seventh, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 was followed by Far Cry 3 at number eight.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengence slipped six places to come in at number nine, while Skyrim proved its lasting power by climbing back into the charts to close it off at number ten.
