She assumes a similar title at Quilter Cheviot and reports directly to CEO, Martin Baines. Seymour has worked in financial services for over twenty years. Prior to her time at Rathbone Brothers, for almost seven years she was the founder partner at Seymours Consultancy, having previously held appointments at AXA and Bristol and West.

A week ago, Matt Morris, for six years the head of media relations at Baigrie Davies LifeSearch and former Money Marketing columnist, joined Quilter Cheviot as its Communications Manager. He reports to Seymour. His earlier career was spent as a corporate communications consultant with Brent Council and deputy editor of the Media Research Information Bureau.
