Rockstar co-creator Dan Houser puts million-dollar flat on sale for sixth time.

Grand Theft Auto's co-creator Dan Houser has put his luxury New York City mansion up for sale for the sixth time, which could see him netting a $2.25 million loss.

The lavish five bedroom Manhattan property was snapped up by the videogames tycoon for $12.25 million last year.

However, it seems as if the 39-year-old games maker is eager to sell the 7,000 square-foot property as its been put on the market at a bargain rate of $10 million.

According to a report by the Daily Mail, Bond-star Daniel Craig nearly bought the three-storey condo last year but the sale fell through.

The property listing touts the many advantages of the building, such as its "oversized chef's kitchen with large pantry" and its "massive wall space for an extensive art collection".

In addition to this, the main floor also houses a special media room as well as a guest room with an en suite bath and office.

Despite its loss-making price tag, Mr Houser doesn't seem to be selling the property out of poverty, having instead moved to a nearby townhouse formerly owned by famed writer Truman Capote.

The Grand Theft Auto-maker's personal fortune is expected to be worth around $80 million and is only set to grow as the release date of Grand Theft Auto V draws ever nearer.
