With Tottenham preparing for a trip to Elland Road to face Leeds in the FA Cup fourth round on Sunday, two of the more newsworthy stories connected to the club today surround a pair of talented youngsters.
Highly rated Alex Pritchard, one of the stars of the NextGen win away to Barcelona, is a target for Liverpool. Former academy coach Alex Inglethorpe recently switched from Spurs to Anfield, and knows Pritchard well and believes he can tempt him to make a move. The Evening Standard claim the attacking midfielder is 'undecided' over his future, which isn't news Spurs fans will want to hear.
Promising young striker Souleymane Coulibaly has been loaned out to Italian side Grosseto, who are in Serie B. The exciting 18-year-old will likely get chances to make a name for himself, the club are bottom of the division and crying out for a hero, so his progress is certainly one to watch.
