VIDEO: Gervinho scores wonder goal for Ivory Coast

Ivory Coast International 2

Arsenal attacker Gervinho stuck two fingers up at his critics with a goal in the African Nations Cup for the Ivory Coast.

It's like he is one player for the Gunners, and another for the Ivory Coast.

The last time he played in an Arsenal shirt he was missing an open goal against Bradford, but yesterday the unpredictable attacker showed what he is capable of in a positive way.

His volleyed goal was the second for the Ivory Coast, helping the Elephants to a 2-1 win over Emmanuel Adebayor's Togo.

Some fans may have decried his 88th minute goal as a 'fluke', but his recent Arsenal form shouldn't cloud the fact he can be an inspired player when he is on the top of his game.

Watch the goal for below and decide for yourself...
