Silicon Knight title disappears following court order in Unreal Engine case.

Too Human, Silicon Knight's 2008 offering, has been removed from Xbox LIVE marketplace, perhaps due to legal troubles.

According to Eurogamer, an attentive fan noticed the game's page was missing from Xbox LIVE Arcade alongside the action-RPG no longer being listed on the console's market place.

While the product page remains, the actual title has been stripped from the on demand service, as have videos, demos and all associated images.

Late last year, court documents emerged that the developer, Silicon Knights, had a month to destroy all products it had made using Epic's Unreal Engine - a consequence of its failed court battle with the latter company.

A legal tussle by the developer backfired when Epic counter-sued with a damages claim, landing them a victory worth $4.45 million and resulting in Silicon Knights having to go through the aforementioned recall.

Among the other titles to be discontinued, recalled and destroyed, were Too Human, The Box/Ritualyst, The Sandman, X-Men: Destiny and Siren in the Maelstrom.

The Canadian company’s last project was the underperforming X-Men: Destiny in 2011, which received generally negative reviews and currently has a Metacritic rating of 47/100 on Xbox 360.

Additionally user reviews are similarly scathing, with the rating currently at 5.1 out of 10.
