PSG are busy attracting the attentions of the best players across Europe- with Newcastle's Hatem Ben Arfa stating he wants to play in the French capital. Newcastle can ill-afford an exit of such a star player, but says he does not want to move until the end of the season. "I must save my club. I only think of that. Help my team and my coach, with whom I get along great. We really want to fight for him. Once we have saved the club, you never know. To sign for PSG would be a childhood dream. If there is a proposal, I will study it with interest."

Chelsea target Falcao has also 'declared his love for France' and Atletico Madrid may be well served to encourage a bidding war for the Colombian striker in the summer with PSG strongly interested in signing him.

Good news for Newcastle United fans comes with the £8.3 million agreed fee for Loic Remy, with the Marseille striker expected to clinch his move within a matter of hours, despite late interest from Arsenal last week.

Chelsea and Reading are both monitoring Celta Vigo attacker Iago Aspas in an effort to try to 'bag the next Spanish bargain' report The Mirror. Aspas has eight goals this season and has a reported 10 million Euro buyout clause, with both clubs said to have scouts in attendance for Vigo's match with Espanyol at the weekend.

Fulham and Newcastle are both battling it out to sign Danish defender Jonas Okore, of FC Nordsjaelland, who played against Chelsea in the Champions League this season and has spoken of his desire to play in the Premier League. Okore's agent has said he has offers and is 'sorting through them'.

Derby County 'wonderkid' Will Hughes is wanted by Manchester City, according to latest reports. Hughes is only 17 but has impressed into the Championship after breaking into the Rams first team this season, and has also attracted the attentions of Arsenal and Tottenham. City assistant boss David Platt went to watch him at the weekend and the champions are prepared to pay up to £7 million for him.

Harry Redknapp is busy doing everything he can to try and sign Rennes midfielder Yann M'Vila, flying to France to watch him in action on Saturday after QPR drew with Spurs. The manager also wants to bring West Brom's Peter Odemwingie to QPR along with Tottenham's Jake Livermore. He also wants to sign 20-year-old Australian Tom Rogic who is also wanted by Celtic and Fulham.
