Capital Plan, Inc. Appoints Executive Vice President Of Business Development

Dallas, Texas – Capital Plan, Inc. (“Capital Plan”) has announced industry veteran Charles R. Constant as the firm’s Executive Vice President of Business Development.

In this newly created position, Constant’s responsibility is to drive the firm’s vision to enable advisors and their clients to restore capitalism to the ownership of insurance.

Constant earned a Bachelor degree in Economics from Texas State University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. His professional experience, which spans nearly two decades, includes a position as Regional Specialist of the Southwest Region for Citigroup/Smith Barney and Vice President of Wells Fargo Advisors, both in Dallas. Most recently, Constant was Director and Regional Manager of the Northwest and served on the Greater Washington Executive Leadership Council for Bank of America/Merrill Lynch in Seattle.

In addition, Constant earned a military education and became an officer and fighter pilot with the United States Air Force. During his time in the armed forces, he gained unique experience as Assistant Chief of Standards and Evaluations and Flight Commander. Constant’s service and excellence, as well as his deployment to Kuwait and Afghanistan in 1999 and 2004, earned him five combat medals. Currently, he is a Major in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and works with Congress and the Air Force Academy as a Deputy Liaison Officer Director.

Constant’s leadership will expand the firm’s ability to deliver new growth opportunities and sophisticated wealth planning solutions to affluent individuals and corporate clients - and their advisors - for years to come.
