ouston, Texas – Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. has announced that Adam C. Peakes, 38, has joined the firm as Managing Director, Investment Banking.
Peakes joins the firm from Goldman Sachs & Co., where he served as Managing Director in the firm’s Global Natural Resources investment banking group during his 11 year career there.

During his tenure at Goldman, Peakes worked in the New York and Houston offices, and advised on transactions such as Pride International’s recent sale to Ensco and Baker Hughes’ acquisition of BJ Services, as well as on financings for energy companies that total in the billions.
Peakes earned his MBA at Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree at Rice University, where he was a captain of the school’s basketball team.
