We've had a few decent comments in about 'no jerk' hiring policies.
The best has got to be:
'Our firm should certainly consider implementing a 'no jerk' hiring policy - we have enough of 'em working here already!'.
And here's another:
'I, too, have a 'no jerk' hiring policy - I have attended interviews at several firms and have often been interviewed by 'jerks', and not once have I accepted their job offers'.
