Your 2006 Bonus Expectations - The Results

Here are the results of our 2006 'Bonus Expectation' survey:

71.4% of respondents said that they expected a bigger bonus in 2006 than they received last year

19.9% said that they expected it to be the same

8.7% said that they think that it will be smaller


The responses from those working at US firms:

78.2% said that they expected a bigger bonus

11.4% said they expected it to be the same

10.4% said that they think that it will be smaller


The responses from those working at European firms:

69.3% said that they expected a bigger bonus

21.7% said they expected it to be the same

9.0% said that they think that it will be smaller

Here's the split for front, middle and back office:

Front Office

81.6% of respondents expect a bigger bonus than last year

13.9% said that they expected it to be the same

4.5% said that they think that it will be smaller


Middle Office

63.6% said that they expect to receive a bigger bonus

21.3% said that they expected it to be the same

15.1% said that they think it will be smaller


Back Office

56.7% said that they expected to receive a bigger bonus

22.2% said that they expected it to be the same

21.1% said that they think it will be smaller
